Matej Marjanovic

Matej is the founder of Dexterity Diagnostics. With a decade of experience in engineering smart connected devices, he established Dexdia with a singular focus: to bring elite-level sports performance diagnostics to coaches, trainers, and athletes everywhere.

He founded this company because he believes that precise data shouldn't be confined to university labs. He wanted to create tools that bridge the gap between peer-reviewed research and practical training. His work is dedicated to democratizing access to high-fidelity metrics, empowering athletes to measure, track, and master their physical potential.

Beyond the realm of sports, he also sees grip strength as a critical biomarker of overall health and longevity. He is passionate about helping people monitor this "vital sign" to detect early declines in muscle mass and maintain functional independence for a longer, healthier life.

Outside of building diagnostic tools, he is an avid gym-goer who loves working out and testing his own limits. In his free time, he enjoys martial arts, hiking, and traveling.
